Easy way to make Besan Dosa Recipe

1 cup besan
1 tsp ajwain
a pinch of hing

How to make Besan Dosa
1. Take a big container, add gram flour, carom seeds, turmeric powder, salt, red chili powder, asafoetida and water as required. Mix everything well.
2.Heat a non-stick pan, when the tawa is hot, put a ladle full of batter in it and spread it in a circular motion.
3. Pour oil around the corner.
4. When it is cooked from one side, turn it over and let it cook on the other side (if needed, sprinkle more oil).
5.Serve hot with sambar, tomato ketchup or chutney.
