Easy way to make Gulab Jamun Just Try a Sweet Dish


If you eat sweet  and do not feel the temptation of Gulabjamun, then this is not the case... Now, let's learn how to cook Gulabjamun, which occupies a special place in Indian confectionery.

Ingredients you need 

Gulab Jamun Advisory Material 

Mawa (khoya) 100 grams  

 a spoonful of flour 

 1/4 tsp baking soda 

 Butter oil 

Syrup ingredients

 2 Cups sugar 

 2 Tablespoons milk mixed with a little water 

 4 Ground Green Cardamom 

 2 Glasses of water

 How to make Gulab Jamun 

1. In a bowl, knead the mawa well by hand.
2. There should be no lumps in the puddle.
3. Now add baking soda and flour to the dough and knead it so it's neither too hard nor too soft.
4. Keep in mind that mawamaida should not be left dry.
5. If you feel dry, wet your palms with water and knead again.
6. When the mawamaida mixture is ready, knead it well and divide into equal small balls.
7. Now heat the ghee in a gas pan. Place a slice of bread in it and toast.
8. When the bread rises in the butter, reduce the heat the gulab jamun balls in the butter until golden brown.
9. When the butter starts to cool, heat the butter by increasing the heat, then reduce the gas flow and cook the jam or oysters before placing the balls in the pan. Bake and serve on a plate.

Syrup Recipe
  • For sugar syrup, pour sugar and water into a container, turn on a gas flame and stir until the sugar dissolves with a large spoon.
  • When the sugar is dissolved, turn on the heat and bring the syrup to a boil.
  • Now add milk to the syrup and bring to a boil over high heat. Boil the syrup until it thickens slightly.
  • Add sugar syrup to a spoon and press down with your fingers.
  • Turn off the gas when the wires begin to form. If not, cook more and check again.
  • After that, filter the syrup through a sieve, put the cardamom on the gas fire again, and boil for 1 minute more. 
  • Turn off the gas and add Gulabjamun to the prepared syrup. Gulab jamuns absorb the syrup in 30 minutes. 
  • Prepare delicious Gulab Jamun and serve it in a bowl.
