  1. Stuffed brinjals- 8 ( 250 gms ) 
  2. Oil - 2 to 3 tbsp 
  3. Green Coriander - 2 to 3 tbsp (finely cleaved ) 
  4. New Coconut - 2 to 3 tbsp (ground ) 
  5. Sesame seeds - 2 tbsp 
  6. Cooked Peanuts - 2 tbsp 
  7. Coriander powder - 2 tsp 
  8. Fennel powder - 2 tsp 
  9. Cumin seeds - 1 tsp 
  10. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp 
  11. Red stew powder - 1/2 tsp 
  12. Mango powder - 1/2 tsp 
  13. Ginger glue - 1/2 tsp 
  14. Green chilies - 2 (finely cleaved )
  15. Garam masala - tsp
  16. Salt - less than 1 tsp or as per taste

How to make Stuffed brinjals

Fry the Flavors 


Warmth a skillet and put half cumin and sesame seeds in it. Cook the sesame seeds till they change tone and puff up and afterward take them out in a plate. Put the ground coconut in the skillet and fry it softly.

Put broiled sesame seeds, cumin seeds, peanuts and cooked coconut in the blender container. Crush them coarsely. Take out the ground flavors in a plate and add the remainder of the flavors coriander powder, fennel powder, ginger glue, turmeric powder, red stew powder and mango powder. Likewise add finely slashed green chilies, garam masala and salt. Blend every one of the flavors till they blend well.

Stuff the Brinjal


Take a brinjal and put a cross cut on the posterior of it. Put as much masala as possible in it, press the brinjal and keep it on a plate. Likewise set up every one of the brinjals by filling them with flavors.

Cook Stuffed Brinjals in the Cooker

You can keep the sauce thick or slender according to your decision.

Close the cooker and let the brinjal cook on high fire till one whistle. After the whistle, turn off the gas and open the top solely after the pressing factor of the cooker is finished. Then, at that point, put some green coriander in it and take out the brinjal in a plate. Pour sauce on top. 

Bharwa Baingan Gravy is prepared. Enhancement them by putting some green coriander on the brinjal. They can be presented with chapati, paratha, naan or rice.

Suggestion

You can take any kind of white or green little brinjal.
